Porcelain Fused to Procera Zirconia Crowns
 Porcelain Fused to Zirconia (Procera "Z") provides:
Better fits, greater design capability, full mouth and long span frameworks in both Zirconia and Titanium, along with Implant Abutments and Bars, Acrylic Temporaries, Full Contour Zirconia and Lithium Discilicate Crowns, Inlays, Onlays, and Veeners. All of these will be possible in the near future, certainly by the end of 2010.
The substructures are designed at Dyno-Tech on the scanner and sent electronically to NobelBiocare's main milling center in New Jersey. This Facility is state-of-the-art, ISO Certified and FDA inspected. Dyno-Tech keeps the cost down by not adding expensive milling equipment and extra employees to man the equipment during the process. Reduced cost in producing our restorations means savings for your practice. Due to the strength in the zirconia core material (1120 MPa average flexural strength), Porcelain fused to Procera Zirconia is ideal for virtually any condition in the mouth in both the anterior and posterior environment. More and more patients are asking for restorations made of materials not containing metal or other materials that pose aesthetic or contamination challenges. Procera Zirconia's bio-compatibility compares to that of Titanium or Gold which minimizes the risk of allergic reactions while providing natural, aesthetically pleasing restorations. With our new NobelProcera scanner we will also be able to mill Titanium substructures that provide perfect bio-compatibility at reduced cost.
