Patrick and Jerry Watson have been officers at Dyno-Tech Dental Lab since 1982. Jerry Watson was one of the founding members of Dyno-Tech Dental Laboratory and sold the first Dyno-Tech crown in November of 1978. Dyno-Tech has a  family atmosphere as all 3 Watson brothers and 2 Watson sons are employed at the lab!

The average length of time each employee has spent at Dyno-Tech Dental Laboratory is 9 years with several employees employed at the lab for more than 15 years! Dyno-Tech covers all their employees with a health insurance plan and all employees participate in a 401k retirement program.
